To make a protein shake: Blend one portion of protein mix (i.e. 3 scoops) with 500 ml of grain-based milk (such as rice, spelt or oat milk) or with almond milk to treat yourself to even more protein. You can also add the powder to your smoothie, breakfast or dessert.
