This liquid energy gel is based on tapioca, agave and corn, supplemented with pure organic orange juice. Our plant-based sports gel contains rapidly absorbable natural sugars, such as glucose and fructose, for better and larger carbohydrate absorption. The combination of these sugars improves endurance performance. Use our gel 5 minutes before exercise or during (high-intensity) sports sessions.

We recommend you use our Energy Gels as follows:

  1. optionally: 1 gel before exercise (30 to 5 minutes before)
  2. 1 gel per hour of low-intensity exercise / 2 gels per hour of high-intensity exercise
