This plant-based energy gel contains natural and rapidly absorbable sugars from tapioca, agave and corn, enabling you to take in more carbs. Its MCT oil, in turn, provides an extra boost and long-lasting energy. The MCT oil extracted from coconuts contains medium-chain fatty acids that are immediately turned into energy. Our energy gel is enriched with salt and freeze-dried strawberries.

We recommend you use our Energy Gels as follows:

  1. optionally: 1 gel before exercise (30 to 5 minutes before)
  2. 1 gel per hour of low-intensity exercise / 2 gels per hour of high-intensity exercise
